    As an IT service desk analyst, you will join the IT department of the company and be responsible for the IT helpdesk of both offices and vessels.

    More specifically, your duties will be the following :

  • provide first and second line technical support to internal staff and vessels
  • act as a main point of contact regarding IT issues (in-house software and hardware, such as laptops, PCs, printers and mobile devices)
  • troubleshoot basic network issues
  • maintain an incident database and track changes
  • escalate unresolved issues, follow up and track, to the infrastructure support team
  • perform basic Active Directory tasks : create user accounts, reset passwords, create groups etc.
  • arrange and coordinate external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house
  • requirements

    In order for your profile to match the IT service desk analyst position, you need to have the following skills :

  • 2+ years of experience in IT helpdesk
  • degree in IT or relevant field
  • strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10 & Office 2013 and higher
  • experience in using and troubleshooting MS Outlook 2013 within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation etc.)
  • knowledge on administering users on Active Directory
  • excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
  • very good organizational skills
  • team spirit
  • strong will for further improvement
  • The following skills will be considered assets :

    basic knowledge on Virtualization (VMWare etc.)

    basic knowledge on TPC / IP protocols
