We are looking for an ambitious Engineering Manager to join our team. Join us and you will take on challenging projects and produce novel technological solutions.

Our teams are made up of international machine learning and algorithm competition winners, experienced managers, talented developers and engineers.

We will gladly share our knowledge with you and also learn from your experience!

Requirements :

at least 4 years’ experience in Software Engineering / Data Science / Management Consulting,

at least 2 years’ experience as a manager in software development or Data Science projects,

experience with agile methodologies,

experience working with external customers,

good knowledge of systems / application development life cycle,

experience in managing teams of five or more,

excellent command of English (minimum C1),

a genuine interest in project management, software engineering, machine learning.

Responsibilities :

managing project development, keeping project on time and budget, securing necessary resources,

understanding and drawing together project requirements, goals and planning the work,

setting up and optimizing processes at the team and company level, to enhance productivity,

presales activity : developing project proposals, use case analysis, scoping and effort estimation,

communicating with both business and technical stakeholders on the client-side,

managing staff : one-on-ones, evaluations, professional development,

supporting recruitment effort.
