Customer Service Representative - German Speaking

About the company and the position
Our client is a multinational commercial company, focused on the petrochemicals and polymers industry. The company’s head office is in the USA, with European headquarters in the Netherlands.
The position is based at the Greek head office in Thessaloniki (Sindos Industrial area).
The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers on behalf of the company. They connect with customers to handle complaints, process orders and provide information.
This is a position in a commercial company - not a call center .
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Communicates with customers in Europe to update order status like checking and changing delivery dates
Processes orders, forms, applications, and requests
Builds and maintains relationships with customer accounts with open and interactive communication.
Follows up on the timely resolution of claims, within the agreed time frame of the procedure.
Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics
Εxperience (3 to 5 years) in a similar position (Logistics, Customer Service or Sales Back Office)
Fluency in German , English, and Greek
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
