Role purpose :
Manage targeted below the line activities across all available channels in order to increase customer’s ARPU and NPS. More specifically the ideal candidate should be able to analyse subscriber base, understand the needs, design below the line activities, evaluate the results and re-feed the campaign.

Advanced Analytical Skills & Commercial Thinking
Excellent interpersonal, networking, and stakeholder’s engagement skills
Very good organizational, problem solving and time management skills
Drive customer insights to meaningful actions
Perform deep-dive analysis using analytical and statistical tools (primarily PASW Modeller, Python could be used also) on very large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets
Willing to introduce innovative ideas and practices
Working PEGA experience is not mandatory but it will be consider as plus
