Job Description

This role is a key enabler to ensure the delivery of the GR+CY Beverages full year commercial agenda including the growth plan and financial targets

The role is responsible for

  • managing multiple projects from initial idea (Gate 1) through to Gate 3 sign off into G4 execution and G5(evaluation) -
  • up to 10 -15 initiatives at anytime

  • challenging multi-functional teams to deliver the project scope by developing a robust business case in order to minimise the cost of change / avoid risks / exceed the Revenue targets against specific Gate 3 KPIs whilst maximising speed to market.
  • Accountabilities :

  • Keep x-functional team on track against key milestones, particularly in between Gates, to ensure that programs remain on target for planned launch dates
  • Providing world-class Commercial project management expertise, delivering solutions that enable rapid speed-to-market and flawless execution
  • Ensure the team are ready for Gate Reviews, including all necessary information available and all critical tests and results complete, only escalating to EB / GR+CY Beve Commercialization Manager when is required
  • Initiate and manage all projects through the Stage / Gate process and present the projects CPS in the governance forums (AB)
  • Proactively assess and manage risk including understanding and challenging assumptions to ensure project remains robust at all times
  • Accolade management for all BEVE GR+CY projects (Innovations and Commercial Changes)
  • Develop creative solutions with input from EB / GR+CY Beve Commercialization Manager and x-functional team
  • Identify & escalate any risk within projects to EB / GR+CY Beve Commercialization Manager
  • Commercialisation Manager for resolution with key stakeholders (esp Op Board) as appropriate
  • Ensure together with Planning the actual results of innovations are accurately reported in FP&A and in Accolade
  • Qualifications / Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills / project management
  • Experience of delivering commercial projects / negotiations / managing complex timeline
  • Cross-functional experience / understanding and appreciation
  • Interacting, influencing & aligning peers and senior leaders
  • Strong team player and good project coordinator
  • Results orientated comfortable setting & delivering against stretch targets
  • Self-starter capable of managing their own agenda within a complex fast paced environment
  • Fluent English
  • Some knowledge of PepsiCo’s Make / Move / Sell capability would be an advantage
