Your duties will include planning, implementing, optimizing and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all PPC and social media platforms with focus on Google AdWords and Meta Business Manager.
Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in digital strategy, PPC strategy & execution and paid social media management.
In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
You will support the Upfield Europe digital marketing team, Upfield Brand teams, Upfield Retail and Upfield Professional.
Main Responsibilities :
Plan, execute and optimize campaigns on the Google Ads, Meta Business platforms as well as on retailers’ e-commerce sites
Create PPC strategies and implement, execute and optimize the resulting campaigns in Google Ads.
Create social media strategies on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms and implement, execute and optimize the resulting campaigns
Measure and report performance of all PPC and Social Media campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Write the necessary copy for the SEM campaigns and coordinate with the design teams for producing the necessary creatives for the Display, Video & Social channels
Perform target market and keyword analysis
Manage advertising budgets and optimize the campaigns with performance results in mind
Analyze and optimize campaigns' performance and conversions daily
Identify and implement audience-led tests, designing and optimizing relevant creative and media execution
Propose and execute A / B split testing scenarios as well as analyze the results
Create PPC media & Social Media plans according to brand’s promotional needs
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
Generate progress reports
Execute social media planning and buying across Upfield’s brands :
Manage social media budgets, drafting and revising media test and scale schedules
Liaise with key stakeholders incl. analytics, media planning to drive cohesive plan and execution
Flawless paid campaign trafficking and taxonomy development
Proactively keep the pulse and meet with the vendor community on a regular basis to ensure Upfield is leveraging latest products and technologies
You will have been working in a PPC & Social Media Buying role for at least 5 years with analytics and e-commerce remit at an FMCG or retailer business.
Experience in other sectors like e.g. automotive, telco or banking is a plus.
You will be looking to take on a hands-on role with lots of exposure to new projects including Upfield Professionals and Health Care Professionals digital communication and the ability to make decisions to drive change and growth quickly at EU level.
