Bespokers, a new company focused on creating tailor-made luxury holiday experiences, is looking for a Reservations & Guest Relations Manager .

Reservations & Guest Relations Manager will offer stellar customer service and provide memorable hospitality experiences for guests.

Reports to : Managing Director

Main responsibilities

  • Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating.
  • Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones
  • A typical day at work will include :

  • Reply to clients enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
  • Checking the availability of accommodation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
  • Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
  • Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
  • Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
  • Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local experiences and places of interest.
  • Monitor daily bookings and ensure reserved villas are prepared prior to check-in.
  • Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival.
  • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions.
  • Actively listen to and gracefully resolve complaints.
  • Accommodate guests’ requests, like in-villa dining, yacht charter, transfers and special requirements.
  • Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Guest Relations Manager, Reservation Agent or similar role.
  • Understanding of all property management best practices and relevant laws.
  • Excellent English is an absolute must; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
