Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Your main responsibilities

You will be the main point of contact for our corporate roles partnering with hiring managers in all departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process.

You will use LinkedIn, job boards, and other means to source candidates and you will interview them at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings) ensuring an outstanding high-quality candidate experience through all points of the recruitment cycle.

Throughout the recruitment process, you will be managing all corporate positions through our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo).

You will monitor defined KPI’s evaluating the effectiveness of our Corporate Talent Acquisition activities with the aim to redefine and improve, as necessary.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and implementing one-off projects regarding Talent Acquisition Initiatives.

You will need to hit the ground running, quickly establishing confidence amongst a wide range of stakeholders across the Group, building on the platform of excellence, continuous growth and success already achieved.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and creative individual who will join and enhance our Talent Acquisition Team.

You are passionate about Talent Acquisition and new trends and practices.

You are tech savvy having already acquired a deep understanding in the way systems can accommodate an effective and lean recruitment process.

You are responsible, authentic, influential, and an effective change manager. You can act in a fast-paced and challenging environment with strict deadlines.

You have a minimum of 5 years relevant Talent Acquisition experience in an HR department or Agency.

You are experienced in modern recruitment methods with a successful track record in managing and implementing new Applicant Tracking Systems as well as lean recruitment processes and procedures.

You can understand the importance of using strategic recruitment marketing practices to attract and hire the best candidates.

Strong communication and presentation skills, advanced Ms Office literacy plus fluency in English complete your profile.
