Role Purpose :
Corporate compliance analyst is responsible for the implementation of the Antibribery & suppliers policy assurance framework, the establishment and enforcement of effective compliance procedures and he / she will be accountable for the corporate documentation management.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
Perform risk assessments to identify specific anti-bribery risks within the organization and develop appropriate mitigations.
Training / Communication / Monitoring / Review of the anti-bribery policy and procedures, towards all employees, suppliers, contractors and business partners.
Continuous evaluation of critical suppliers related (but not limited) to Information and Cyber Security, Anti-bribery, Fraud Economic Sanctions, quality risks etc.
Accountable for the corporate documentation management.
Organize awareness sessions for high risk policies (related but not limited to anti bribery and suppliers assurance).
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
Strong Risk management and auditing skills.
Excellent Communication skills.
Team-player, able to work with limited supervision in cross functional teams
Attention to detail.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in Greek and English, both oral and in writing.
Must have technical / professional qualifications :
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Telecommunications / Management / information security or a related field.
At least (3) years work experience in a similar position : Compliance, Internal audit, quality assurance, process improvement, security. etc.
Advanced MS Office (including MS Access) skills, data analytical & reporting tools
