Job Description Summary

The CS Back Office is a European organization, which will establish the value added gatekeeping for ensuring the EPC defined pricing, related rules and policies are established and executed.

RESPONSIBILITIES : The Gatekeeper has the following responsibilities :

  • 1st contact with sales team & data center (data admin team for CMD and PMD)
  • Gatekeeping
  • Price increase activities
  • Escalate process improvements within cluster
  • Attend Sales meeting across cluster & present country specifics
  • Attend BO calls as and when required
  • Train Sales / FO on process improvements changes that may affect them and on updates on policies
  • Control day to day business (workload balance, ensuring work is done in timely manner)
  • Responsible for KPI’s
  • POSITION :

  • Regional travel will be required within the cluster
  • This position will report directly to the Senior Gatekeeper of that Region
  • Qualifications Profile :

  • Passion for service, able to deliver
  • Proven experience in an office environment is a plus
  • Financial awareness
  • Excellent process understanding skills
  • Excellent process improvement skills.
  • Advanced level of SAP in Master Data, Pricing and Deal Management tool, Experience in managing Customer contract / converting them into SAP master data
  • Numerate with high attention to detail, methodical, ability to copy with large amounts of data
  • Ability to co-ordinate multiple activities
  • Intermediate / Advanced skills with standard office applications (Google apps, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Excel, Word & Power Point)
  • Excellent administration / organization skills and prioritization of workload
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • High levels of drive / motivation and initiative
  • Able to lead change
  • University degree, excellent knowledge of German & English
