Job Description Summary
The Regulatory Data Coordinator is a pivotal role in the Regulatory Operations group and has responsibility for the completion of RIM system data updates.
To support the timely update of our regulatory data, the Regulatory Data Coordinator will need to communicate with a large Regulatory Affairs group, including external partners, to collect data on GE’s submissions and approvals worldwide, and input the information into the RIM system.
Acts as data steward’ and updates Regulatory Information Management system on behalf of external users without direct access to system
Communicates with external Regulatory Affairs partners to ensure maintenance of regulatory data
Provides regular KPIs on specific business objectives
Reviews current processes and suggests both process and system improvements
Checks data input by other users using reports as defined by supervisor
Qualifications / Requirement
Excellent time management and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
Data entry and strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with data systems and good general computer skills.
Effective analytical skills and the ability to summarize information and offer solutions.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate issues in English in an easy to understand manner.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Positive and outgoing personality.
After receiving intensive training, be able to work somewhat independently in a structured manner.
