Responsibilities :
As Release Support Engineer you will be responsible for all release activities on test and production environments.
You will also be a key communicator around releases for our team.
The primary objective is to ensure all processes are being followed properly and controls are in place.
Additionally, controlling the maintenance plan, outages and patching activities.
Role includes following deployment procedure on Linux server, executing tests and fixing them.
You will be also proposing and implementing improvements to the release process, by automation and improving release scripts.
Our team provides all required support during the process, so you will need to communicate with the development team on a regular basis.
You will work closely to Agile Lead, Scrum Masters, Service Owners and Product Owners to ensure releases are on track and continuous improvement is top priority.
The team is based across China, India, Poland and the UK.
