First contact for colleagues having hardware or software problems
End User Support for customers (remote)
Qualification, processing and dispatching of incoming support requests
Support of client systems from the Microsoft environment and adaptations to existing systems in the Microsoft server environment
Documentation of your activities in our ticket system
Support of rollouts and the expansion of IT customer infrastructure
Fluency in spoken and written German
Fluency in spoken and written English
Completed training or studies in the field of IT or comparable professional experience
Basic knowledge of network technology, DNS / DHCP and Windows Server operating systems
Experience in supporting Microsoft Office and Windows client operating systems
Distinct customer and service orientation
Self-sufficient and organized way of working
Strong team and communication skills
Solution-oriented mindset and reliable manner
Versatile range of tasks with opportunities for professional advancement
Intensive training (approx. 4 to 6 months) in Germany at our expense (depending on the development of the Covid-19 regulations)
