Your main responsibilities

  • Apply the company’s payroll policy (wages, employment’s forms
  • Assist and audit the process of payroll production
  • Keep record and import all incurred changes at the payroll administration program
  • Keep record of the sick leaves or annual leaves of employees
  • Submit all necessary data at the Labor Inspection Services platform
  • Issue certificates relating to the public sector and payment receipts
  • Answer questions and requests regarding payroll concerns
  • Keep all payroll information confidential, maintaining privacy for each employee
  • Your main qualifications / skills

  • BSc. degree in Accounting or Economics or Business Administration
  • 1-2 year of proven work experience in Payroll position; preferable in an organization with a large number of employees
  • Experience in Hospitality industry will be a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Excel)
  • Very good knowledge of payroll related software Pylon Software knowledge will be a plus
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Results-oriented, multitasking, capable to work under pressure
