PURPOSE & IMPACT ONORGANIZATION :

Contribute to meeting or exceedingstore sales and profit targetsby :

  • KEYRESPONSIBILITIES :

    CustomerService & StoreOperations :

  • Be awareof store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performancetargets, take ownership over them and effectively use all availablestore resources to meet or exceedthem.
  • Identify sales and KPI improvementopportunities and communicate suggestions to store management toaddress them and drive commercialsuccess.
  • Execute and be a role model forcustomer service, meeting or exceeding customers’expectations.
  • Share your customer serviceexperience and train selected team members to fine-tune theirservice skills.
  • Be a resource for RetailProfessionals in dealing with complex customer servicesituations.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador, consistentlyexhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values.
  • Useseasonal Brand and advanced product / category expertise during salestransactions, to successfully meet the specific needs of even themost demanding customers.
  • Guide and trainselected team members on basic Foundational and Seasonal Brand andproduct knowledge.
  • Adhere to all establishedpolicies and procedures.
  • Process merchandisedeliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenishmerchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offeris represented on the sales floor.
  • Completecash register transactions quickly and accurately (ifapplicable).
  • Minimize loss in both, thestockroom and the sales floor.
  • Perform allstore operations in a safe, effective and efficientmanner.
  • Collaborate productively andrespectfully with team members.
  • Make yourselfavailable to support other team members whenneeded.
  • Complete all applicable trainingprograms and effectively apply the learning on thejob.
  • Seek coaching and learning opportunitiesto continually improve yourperformance.
  • Communication :

  • Cascadeinformation given by Regional VM Manager to SM and Store staffthrough training and meetings.
  • Participate inteam meetings and team huddle to understand stores’ needs and givefeedback to the Regional VM regarding storerequest.
  • MerchandisingDisplay :

  • Ensure storecomplies with European standards and guidelines to provide a brandshopping experience to all consumers.
  • Ensureall windows are presented to a high standards including mannequinsdressing and positioning, lighting direction, cleanliness, steamingand price communication.
  • In charge of creatingclear Shop In-Shops to emphasize categorypresentation.
  • Ensure correct use andpositioning of In-Store CommunicationTools.
  • Dress in-store mannequins and placeprops correctly.
  • Apply and maintain BrandRetail and VM Standards.
  • Monthly submission onVM Compliance tool including taking and uploading pictures into thesystem.
  • Update weekly the Space Capacity Toolfloor plan and fixture allocation based on product presentationmovement. Weekly analysis of Space Capacity Results with SM anddraft common action plan.
  • Flawless execution onMarketing activities aligned with marketingdepartment.
  • Train team members on Global VisualMerchandising standards andguidelines.
  • Equipmentcontrol

  • Returns andcorrectly stores unused equipment including fixtures, mannequins,props & graphic frames.
  • Manage fixtureswith care to avoiddamages.

  • AdvancedRetail Professional Competencies
  • Good IT skills(Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency inEnglish.
  • Good numeracy, literacy, verbal andwritten communicationskills.
  • MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS :

  • Secondaryeducation.
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in asports / fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environmentwith
  • advanced selling experience and VM dedicatedexperience.
