About the role
Organon is hiring a Serialization Drivers Sr Specialist to join our friendly team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and understanding of existing and emerging legislative activity for Serialization globally.
This is a great time to join our team as it grows and evolves a unique opportunity to collaborate with and in supporting of in-market team activities including Regulatory Affairs, Artwork Management, Packaging, Network CoP, Global Security and Quality.
Understanding business driven serialization impacted changes (source change, acquisition, launches, business deals etc )
Representing the organization on key legislative related standards and industry bodies, e.g. GS1, to identify and understand emerging and changing legislation
Developing a radar picture of all emerging and changing requirements for both PH and UDI
Driving Interpretation documents development, including market and regulatory alignment and adherence to global serialization and GS1 standards where possible
Developing & maintaining a stakeholder network to inform the organization of legislation activity, industry activity and PH / MD company views
Communicating emerging requirements to key stakeholders in the organization
Supporting Regional Expertise to Global Team
Leading the understanding of emerging / changing requirements with local RA representatives
Having a high level knowledge of all serialization legislative requirements and data requirements
Role Requirements :
B.S. in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or other technical degree.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience i.e. Supply Chain Management, Plant Operations, Distribution, Logistics, Regulatory etc.
Experience in Project Management
Working knowledge of SAP, supply chain modeling and ATTP (highly appreciated)
Excellent English skills
Excellent communication skills
Availability to travel occasionally for short terms
Good knowledge in Excel, Outlook and other MS Office tools
Strong in working with stakeholders across functions and countries
Ability to deal with cross-functional teams, to organize business process and complex information in a concise and compelling manner.
