About the role :
Our Integrated Marketing Managers lead the development and execution of a global integrated marketing agenda that drives efficient market penetration in LATAM markets through an industry-leading brand building operation.
Key stakeholders are Heads of Marketing in local markets, the digital media team, CRM, and PR teams. Your focus and knowledge of the business, market, customers, competitors, and culture will translate into deeper understanding of marketing’s problem statements and will drive business objectives and relevant marketing plans with subsequent investment strategies.
Scope of the role is highly strategic, meaning you will drive significant and sustainable long term impact and play a pivotal role in the overall marketing playbook.
What you'll be doing :
Accountable and acting as a lead for key global marketing priorities linked to Beat’s business objectives of market penetration and brand impact.
Define market priorities, lead the integrated campaigns brief process, inform the annual marketing agenda and (together with both local and central teams) execute against it.
Act as marketing liaison for the overall marketing strategy for a set of business objectives and / or markets
Collaborate with central BI and local Marketing Insights and Research teams to develop an analysis and deep understanding of our business challenges and define growth plans, developing a thorough audience understanding and required behavioral and / or mindset shifts to meet targets.
Lead the development of global marketing capabilities (e.g. measurement tools and frameworks, a global efficient agency roster, and a clear brand positioning to set up (local) marketing teams for success).
Evaluate objectives and drive narrative and learnings across the organisation as well as proving the added value of marketing initiatives to the organisation.
What you need to have :
You are a seasoned and all-around marketer
Strategic agility and business acumen
Able to think across the entire marketing funnel and customer journey
Experience leveraging a proven track record of challenging marketing’s status-quo across all media, online or offline, particularly when it comes to measurement
Ability to work across cultures, teams, and all media types (paid, owned, and earned)
6-9 years of experience in Integrated marketing or similar
Have relevant experience ideally within a platform, ecommerce or pure player environment
Have business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit and act as an integrator
Are a strong influencer and communicator across cultures and teams
Are data-driven and analytical and have strategic rigor. You are obsessed with the problem.
You have knowledge of the full marketing mix and are able to consider the entire customer journey
You are results and outcome driven, rather than output focused
Ability to work independently yet with many teams and can push to completion. Strong sense of ownership
Master degree in Economics, Marketing or Communications
