Builds virtual project capability into Group PS&I team based on light agile principles and through tech tools.
Co-drives dashboard and project tracking of key initiatives and projects with respective project leads and workstream leads
Leads workstreams for people insights, culture, engagement and change and supports Group-wide coordination where needed
Supports the coordination and launch of the bi-annual engagement and pulse surveys for Coca Cola Hellenic Group including reporting, documentation and setting standards
Maintains a network of HR and business contacts in countries to drive engagement initiative and key integrated projects across Group HR and Country HR
Develops and maintains a thorough, end-to-end understanding of all business processes affecting HR strategy, communications and insights
Experience working with agile is a plus.
