So what’s the challenge
The Retail Performance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the performance management process runs smoothly and according to designed standards for all retail channels.
The role supports business decisions related to business development and retail activities through the analysis and monitoring of key performance indicators and provides actionable insights.
Your day to day will include :
Designing, building and maintaining Performance Management Dashboards that measure and monitor performance for all channels.
Conducting analysis on performance drivers in order to provide performance insights that can support data driven decision making and lead to clear action planning.
Translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring that tools and dashboards are developed, maintained and updated accordingly
Liaising with Technology team to ensure availability of information in DWH tables for current and upcoming business needs
Liaising with product managers to understand upcoming product prospects
Ensuring all internal customers are well informed and trained on relevant tools and processes
Facilitating business review process on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis by creating the content, setting the basis of the discussion agenda and incorporating frontline feedback to management.
What you need to succeed :
BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration or other relevant fields. MSc will be considered a plus.
3 to 5 years’ experience in a planning, reporting and analysis role, preferably within a sales team of a multinational or retail company
Extensive experience in data analysis and data interpretation; Proven experience with setting up analytics frameworks, effectively analyzing data and providing actionable insights
Excellent knowledge of SQL for dashboard development and data analysis. Knowledge of other programming languages will be considered as an asset
Experience or knowledge of BI tools, like Tableau or Power BI will be preferred
Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to develop strong, productive relationships with different teams across the Group
Adaptability, self-motivation and strong sense of accountability
Ability to work effectively under pressure and within time constraints
Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English languages (oral and written)
