The Sales Operations Specialist (SOPS) supports the SMC Lead and Sales Managers for the CEE MC Subregion. The SOPS delivers guidance, process, data and lights up business insights that enable planning & executing sales and operations agenda.
The SOPS is a crucial role to support segment execution through data and business insights driven decisions. The role reports to the Sales Ops Program Manager for CEE MC Subregion.
Business operations :
Develops business insights, partner / challenge with the relevant stakeholders on business discussions based on data and process guidance
Coordinate Rhythm of Business for the segment (incl. meetings, account plans, deadlines, etc.)
Participate on territory planning & predictions, quota or target settings
Optimize Customer Segmentation & ensure business rules are followed
Ensure Budget / quota and compensation process / activities are performed with high quality, to deadlines and with direct engagement of the key stakeholders
Ensure quality & completeness of Territory & Partner Planning
Land, complete, and ensure quality of quota, annuity management & FastStart
Provide continuous inspection on data quality to make sure all supporting data points are accurate and precise in the various systems MSX, Partner Pipeline, MSSales, etc.)
Support various other customer operations & business requirements
Data analysis and tool support :
Deliver Data analysis and support Rhythm of Business management account analysis, adoption of standardized reporting and BI on budget and pipeline control
Support Tools for the sales team
Deliver actionable strategic insights & ideas on executing the forecast, segment KPI s
Advanced Excel skills
A Bachelor’s degree is required, background in Sales Operations, Business Planning and / or Finance is preferred
Growth mindset seeking to optimize processes by understanding the desired business outcome
Proven ability to build trust and be highly credible across levels of organization
Experience with financials, pipeline, score-carding, and other internal measurement tools
Proven communication and collaboration skills
