The Company is seeking to recruit a Routing Planner reporting to the BU Routing Supervisor. The Routing planner is responsible for planning the Sales Workforce’s daily schedule for all customers of the country having the purpose to optimize routing efficiencies, assure proper visit execution and leverage customer service.


Responsible for the clients’ Segmentation of the country according to corporate strategy aiming at optimum customer service policy (use of Segmentation Models Tools)

Assigns and monitors defined Customer Service Policy per customer Segment Channel seeking efficiencies (through surveys, monitoring of Market Developers’ daily activities, daily feedback and communication with the sales force, reporting and data analysis etc.)

Responsible for the Total country’s allocation of clients to Market Developers (sales force) through optimized geographically focused Route Planning services (creation of balanced workload territories, rationalized driving times, proper resource allocation, costs minimization)

Provides well defined procedures for Strategic Route Planning (SRP) & Tactical Route Planning (territory planning, TRP scheduling, Field Sales organizational Structure setup)

Develops tools in order to optimize sales force daily schedule and automate daily routines and procedures

Uses Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or custom geo - intelligence applications in order to provide Top Management with geo-

intelligent solutions, assisting on Decision Making (Reports, Thematic Maps, Data Analysis etc.)

Performs routine data maintenance of geocoding issues (GPS quality) and visit cancellations analysis, to achieve KBIs and ensure proper Visit Execution (Visit Strike Rate)

Organizes working procedures and incorporates monitoring mechanisms, to ensure the completion of relative tasks (Cross-functional-

meetings, networking with sales people, Joint Sessions, MD Shadowing etc.)

Establishes strong communication, customer service and relationship skills to proactively resolve problems

Utilizes experience and knowledge to contribute to department’s continuous productivity and quality improvement

Effectively overcomes obstacles and provides solutions in order to ensure qualitative routing and no business disruption

Essential Criteria :

2-3 years of experience in Sales or rest Commercial Functions

University Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field

Fluency in English

Very good command of the Greek language

Information Technology expertise : MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and x-functional networking skills

Ability to search through data, analyze, summarize and communicate key information

Basic SAP Platform knowledge

Desirable Criteria :

Master’s Degree in relevant areas (Business Administration, Information Management, Geoinformatics etc.)

Demonstrated interest in Geographic Information System (Arc GIS) and background in geostatistical analysis will be considered an asset
