Schneider Electric Greece is looking for highly motivated and digital savvy talent to join our End Users & Industrial Integrators Channel Sales Team.
As a Systems Application Engineer, the job holder will be directly reporting to Channel Director. The job holder’s main role is to perform as business developer in the Industrial and Infrstructure Market targeting opportunities related to Software and Industrial Automation portfolio, propose architecture and solutions for the abovementioned opportunities and manage the cross sales of different businesses in order to increase sales volume of product, solutions and services and representing one face of Schneider Electric towards customers.
The scope is territory of Greece and Cyprus.
Promotes and sells a portfolio of industry solutions offering software, products, services and solutions directly to current and new End Users through SE partner network.
Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships for an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers with industry focus.
Identifies, develops new sales opportunities.
Creates demand for SE software, products, solutions and services by raising their profile with customers and local sales teams
Achieves sales targets by increasing revenue spend per account; may conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's C-level senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product / service strategies.
Recommends operational strategies and plans with direct impact on results. Influences business decisions made by leadership.
Develops solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious by taking a broad and strategic perspective that anticipates internal and / or external business challenges.
Provides a future vision of technology and are on the leading edge of research and development in the corporation. Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and critical assignments.
May strategically lead largest multidisciplinary projects / initiatives.
Maintains relations with corporate business unit and industry technical experts
Highest level of technical expertise, Works on high complexity projects. Highest level of strategic thinking, comparable to senior level management.
Preferred to have decades of specialty technology experience. Works in a high level of autonomy in a complex environment.
Makes sure that business is driven correctly in order to build the highest and most sustainable customer satisfaction.
Act as a technical expert for customers with increased availability, accessibility and timely communication.
University or Technical University Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation
6-7 years of work experience in technical or sales in the field of Industrial Automation
Specialised knowledge in Industrial Software and focused segements (CPG, WWW, Transportation)
Proficient oral and written command of the English language
