Job Description

A day in the life of a Software Test Analyst

As a Software Test Analyst, you will be a part of a vibrant team who design , develop , deploy , customize and support technologies for EU institutions / Products / Public Sector.

You will have the opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of services and technologies in order to develop a solid background in the field of applications development.

By working at Netcompany - Intrasoft, you will work with cutting-edge technologies delivering Test Services for challenging, large-scale projects / products.

Your everyday life will mainly consist of working for one of the most important phases of the S / W development lifecycle.

Your main duties will be :

Develop a deep understanding of the business logic for the system under test

Evaluate the testability of the requirements

Define the test strategy to be followed

Determine the testing scope and identify the test objectives / priorities

Create and maintain the tests and test data

Execute tests with manual, semi-automated or automated methods (for functional and non-functional test activities)

Track the test outputs and monitor their resolution

Verify error corrections

Prepare test analysis reporting with a clear view on the qualitative status, and risks of the system under test

Participate in various Agile ceremonies

Demonstrate the system under test or the test procedure followed

If you have

Degree in Computer Science or another relevant field

Working experience in software testing

Proficient in web services technologies (XML, SOAP, WSDL)

Experience with POSTMAN and / or SOAP UI tools

Knowledge of Unix, SQL

Fluency in English with solid verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

It would also be a plus if you had

Knowledge of State Transition Diagrams, BPMN, UML

Knowledge of automation test technologies

ISTQB, PSM I
