Product Marketing Manager

Summary of the Role :

Product Marketing is a highly strategic role in TOIT domain, with main responsibilities in providing regional market expertise and local commercial and launch readiness activities .

The role will support problem discovery and define user needs by conducting and collecting inputs from market research, user research, and customer support to deliver an efficient input to the product development process.

The role will collect, prioritize, and communicate competitive analysis, price sensitivity, gap prioritization, use cases, value proposition, and key market messages.

The role will communicate sales and revenue goals for the commercial teams in the region and will monitor performance to goal and support the sales strategy and activities to achieve the goal.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be :

  • Describe the regional market dynamics : trends, regulations, addressable market
  • Describe the competitive landscape and potential impact on product strategy
  • Recommend product messaging
  • Provide input in relation to the go-to-market plan
  • Develop and maintain the regional business case for each product
  • Identify and communicate impact of changes in product roadmap as relates to value prop and messaging
  • Work with customers to identify and evaluate innovation opportunities in a collaborative model
  • Generate feedback on specific iterations as guidance to the product managers
  • Create and maintain external product features and use-case descriptions
  • Ensure alignment with stakeholders on go-to-market plans
  • About the ideal candidate

  • University degree, or equivalent work experience in Product Management / Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years in product management or product marketing within the travel industry, preferably within the travel agency environment
  • Good functional knowledge of some Amadeus TOIT products, such as Margin Manager, ATC, Dynamic Travel Documents, Offers, Selling Platform Connect, Profiles
  • Advanced level of English in writing and speaking
  • A proven track record in product management, product marketing, pre-sales or IT sales position within the travel industry, preferably within the travel agency environment
