You will connect with stakeholders at multiple levels within the organization to help them drive revenue and profits using an automation software
Responsible for the on-boarding & ongoing training
Perform coaching and develop individual coaching plans
In charge of creating a quarterly / annually training curriculum
Provide in-depth one on one coaching, training & follow-up to optimize sales
Understand a customer’s business needs
Conduct Leadership Training with management salesforce
Steer the setup of sales project environment
Help improve deficiencies & build on the strengths of individual performers
Assist in developing sales scripts, training & workflows
Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches & techniques
Collaboration with Managers in order to improve sales reps skill set across project
Strong training & presentation skills
Solid knowledge as a Sales & Soft skills trainer
Motivational & leadership qualities
High level knowledge of Windows / MS Office
Organizational & planning skills
Ability to work independently
Experience in B2B, sales, account management
Training / Coaching certification would be beneficial
