Job Description

Are you a native or fluent Spanish speaker?

Jobfind.gr is seeking Spanish Customer Service Advisors on behalf of a growing multinational company in Athens !

A Customer Service Advisor is responsible for delivering an excellent service to all customers by answering telephones, providing customer information and dealing with customer complaints.

There is also the option of home office.

Main Responsibilities :

Provide professional customer service to existing clients and handle any inbound enquiries, by phone, email or chat

Answer in an accurate and timely manner to Italian clients and transfer, if necessary, to the relevant department

Assist clients with any issues they report

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills :

Native or fluent in Spanish (C2)

Good level of English (B2 / C1)

Sufficient computer skills
