That is why we are currently growing our Quality Assurance team and we are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join us!The role entails development of internal processes and work practices aiming at the provision of high quality solution offerings to customers and quality monitoring of the company’s projects. More specifically :

  • Responsibility for the compliance of the Quality Management System with the normative requirements of ISO 9001 : 2015 & ISO 20000
  • Development of efficient processes and work practices with main objective the optimal collaboration of interdepartmental teams and functions
  • Preparation / update of processes covering the whole lifecycle of projects and solution offerings
  • Apply Mandatory Inspection Points (MIPs) to key processes in order to ensure that issues are tackled on time and high quality of services’ outcomes is achieved
  • Provide consultation to project teams on quality management issues and perform quality monitoring of S / W development and systems engineering projects
  • Performing quality review of project deliverables to ensure that they have been prepared in accordance with the established project processes and meet customer expectations
  • Progressively incorporate worldwide accepted practices to company projects such as project management (PMI, PRINCE, PM2), business analysis (BABOK), software and systems engineering (ISO 15288, ISO 12207), IT Services (ITIL)
  • Perform internal quality audits
  • Contribute to personnel training and development regarding quality related issues
  • Essential Qualifications

  • University degree in Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering or other related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of quality management experience or minimum 7 years in software analysis / development
  • Understanding of Quality Management principles
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skills
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary and / or multicultural teams
  • Self-motivation and desire for excellence are key abilities of the successful candidate
  • Leadership and mentoring skills
  • Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Quality Management would be desirable
  • Experience on worldwide accepted methodologies and best practices is desirable (PMI, BABOK, ITIL, etc.)
