The Hotel Grande Bretagne and King George are members of the Luxury Collection while our Rhodes Resort of Sheraton, all brands of Marriott International, Inc, with more than 800 Associates.

The Hotels have a total of 823 rooms and suites, exquisite banqueting facilities, famous outlets, Spa as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

Our Sales Team wishes to employ the following :

Cluster Group Sales Manager

Candidate Profile :

University Degree or equivalent with good knowledge of Power Management Systems, MS Office, Acrobat pdf and related hotel oriented software.

4-5 years of Group Sales experience, handling MICE, leisure and entertainment groups from Corporate and Travel Agencies’ segments, preferably in a multinational corporation or in a Luxury Hotel Group.

The position based in the Complex of Hotel Grande Bretagne and King George, will support the Group segments for specific worldwide markets for all three properties (Hotel Grande Bretagne, King George and Sheraton Rhodes Resort), with extensive travel required over the year at the assigned markets / areas in order to attend International and local MICE exhibitions and trade shows.

Position is under the supervision of the Cluster Director of Sales and they collaborate on extending MICE sales to the local & international markets.

Fluent in English and Greek Language both spoken and written (Proficiency in English required.)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prepare and follow up on action plans, meet deadlines and focus on results-oriented as well as meet revenues’ target expectations as assigned by the Department’s Leadership.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and teamwork skills, energetic and passionate personality.

Must hold nationality of European Union member state, or have a valid residence and Greek working permit.
