Job purpose

Payroll Specialist will be responsible for support of the payroll team in processing TMF’s client’s payroll as well as all associated administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Generating and printing pay slips and annual tax declarations for clients employees;
  • Providing services to small-size and medium-size clients;
  • Collecting of all necessary information from the client on time;
  • Responsible for accurate entry of source information into payroll software;
  • Ensuring all paperwork is filled on time and accurately with the relevant authorities;
  • Identifying errors or missing documentation;
  • Preparing draft correspondence to clients and authorities;
  • Working in compliance with all company procedures and related standards of work;
  • Keeping up to date with changes in payroll and labour legislation;
  • Any tasks assigned by the manager.
  • Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Human Resources, Economy or related field);
  • Up to 3 years of experience in payroll or similar area;
  • Advanced level of English language is mandatory;
  • Knowledge of MS Office programmes;
  • Previous working experience with Payroll / HR software will be considered as an advantage.
