From the hotel, a short drive takes you to the premier attractions in Santorini Town such as the famous cocktail bars; the folklore museums and the fine dine restaurants.

The hotel is located in an area of 12000 square meters strategically overlooking Santorini and the Santorini International Airport is just 7 kilometers away.

Job Description :

The Front Office Department is responsible in ensuring that guests are provided with an excellent welcoming service as well as making sure that guests will have a smooth check-

in, uncompromising stay, and check out experience. Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at the Front Office and maintain a high standard of service and quality delivery at all times.

Familiarization with necessary systems such as Medallion PMS and Epicurus. Introduction to the different room types and rates, including RPG membership levels.

We are looking for a talented Night Auditor to join our Front Office team.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Welcome and check in of guests, including processing of group arrivals.
  • Check out departing guests
  • Be seen as a main point of contact for guests, dealing efficiently with enquiries and any complaints
  • Keep up to date on all hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers as well as daily VIPs and special events
  • Maximize Sales revenues through up selling programs
  • Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
  • Requirements :

  • Must have experience in a similar position in a 4* hotel
  • Thorough knowledge of Front Office, Reservations and Housekeeping
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Must be proficient with computers and familiar with Medallion and Epicurus system
  • Must be highly motivated and passionate about your job
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure
