As a Technical Support Agent , you will be part of our Customer Care Department with the main objective to provide excellent service to our partners regarding technical matters.
Professionally handle incoming requests for corporate partners' inductions to our systems and ensure tools and resources are best utilized
Thoroughly and efficiently solve any technical issues with system updates and maintenance of the equipment
Educate partners where applicable regarding the use of equipment and systems
Assist partners with questions and orders via phone, email, and chat
Respond to partner complaints and technical inquiries professionally, address concerns to the appropriate department, when needed
Provide back up or assistance to other customer care teams as required
Experience in customer service and / or technical support roles
BSc in Computer Science will be considered an asset
Good knowledge of English language
Strong verbal and written communication skills
