The Client Service team is the backbone of Guidepoint’s success. The team is responsible for efficiently delivering Guidepoint’s services to our clients around the world.

What You’ll Do :
Directly oversee the day-to-day client relationship and fulfil client requests across all industries
Meet weekly with the Management Team to review client accounts to make sure performance meets expectations
Manage and direct a team of Associates to fulfil ad hoc client requests through the custom recruiting of experts while taking care of prioritization and capacity allocation of team members
Take overall responsibility for the learning and development of a team of Associates
Provide continued training to Associates regarding sourcing, expert interaction, screening, and career development
Work with other Project Managers on the team to provide industry guidance for projects
Gain expertise on the various industries our clients work in order to make sure Guidepoint always finds the right experts for a given project
What You Have :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong academic record and high level of extra-curricular achievements
2+ years’ experience directly supporting and managing client relationships, ideally either in the Expert Network Industry, Consulting Industry, Market Research Industry or equivalent
Previous experience of managing a team is required
Strong team player with entrepreneurial mind and can do attitude along with pro-active and results-oriented work style
Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with individuals at all professional levels
Excellent priority management and ability to work within tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English is essential; very good knowledge of additional languages (French, Spanish, German, etc.) is desirable
