Who we are looking for
We are currently looking for ServiceNow Architects with experience in implementation of IT Service Management or Service Integration processes on market leaders’ ITSM tool sets.

ServiceNow Architect / Tech Lead
for ServiceNow Team (Consulting)
work from one of Deloitte offices in Poland or remotely (what you prefer)
Kraków / Warszawa / Wrocław / Katowice / Gdańsk / Poznań / Szczecin / Rzeszów
What you need :
Holistic view and broad knowledge within ServiceNow Platform
Proven knowledge of ServiceNow Integrations with 3rd party tools using (REST, SOAP, email, MID server, etc.)
Proven experience with ITSM and / or ITOM
Experience with ServiceNow database design, data modeling, CSDM
Any verified Certified Implementation Specialist certificate
Proven Certified Application Developer level knowledge
Proven experience in leading projects and teams through challenging and complex environments
Skills to advocate concepts, recommend solutions and solve problems
Excellent communication skills (you should be able to talk technical both to technical and non-technical audiences)
Analytical mind so you can design solutions that solve business problems
Very good English skills (min. C1) you don’t have to be Shakespeare, but we speak English on daily basis
What you may :
It’s good if you have additional Implementation Specialist certificates and Certified Application Developer
Even better if you have experience in architecture design in HR, SAM or ITBM
