The Manager, Cloud Solutions Adoption role is responsible for driving adoption of cloud services and improving customer engagement by educating and ensuring a unified and enjoyable onboarding experience.
It is the responsibility of the Manager, Cloud Solutions Adoption role to create cloud documentation, trainings, videos, interactive forums, assist in project onboarding activities and other high-value customer facing guidance and best practices to help customers be successful within Pfizer's cloud environments and strategies.

Responsibilities include :
Working with internal customers to analyze their cloud application requirements and assisting with project onboarding activities into the cloud environments.
Leads development of self-support resources (documentation, FAQs, training videos / slides) to better streamline customer engagement.
Creating technical quick starts to aid in cloud service familiarity and best practices.
Solve product related problems, make decisions and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
Act as an ambassador for the product and as a contact for queries related to the product.
Represents team in front of stakeholders, clients or users.
Work collaboratively with external parties including cloud suppliers (e.g. AWS) and Pfizer AES strategic suppliers.
Commit to ongoing learning and professional development.
Candidates must be highly motivated with ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, with experience utilizing cloud infrastructure and services.
5+ years of cloud-specific experience with Amazon Web Services and working with enterprise systems.
3+ years of creating high-value customer facing documentation, trainings, videos and best practices.
Experience designing, developing, and / or delivering technical instructional material.
Enjoys learning and introducing new concepts in order to help customers embrace and adopt new technology.
Passionate about delivering a great customer experience and desire for customer success.
Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
Ability to work across multiple concurrent activities and successfully adapt to changing priorities and constraints.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to use creative thinking and advanced problem-solving skills.
Outstanding organizational, time management, communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Demonstrated experience in developing multimedia content and toolsets to accelerate and drive business adoption.
Experience with Agile Software Delivery and working as a part of an Agile Development (Scrum) Team.
Experience using tools that support agile development such as JIRA and Confluence.
Experience with cloud service providers like Microsoft Azure and / or Google Cloud Platform is highly desired.
Cloud certifications, particularly in AWS (Foundational, Associate or Professional) are desired.
Experience with different programming languages and associated technical documentation
Comfortability with Windows, Macintosh, and Linux operating systems.
Experience leading cross functional initiatives and working with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify and refine requirements.
Track record of training and transformation programs or organizations with sustained agility.
