About the role

Being a Global Manager IT Support Services at Beat, you will provide leadership for the overall planning, organizing, analysis, and execution of all IT services supporting our employees.

This includes managing all IT operations to exceed company requirements, as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications.

You will be chartered with the ideation and implementation of new creative IT support solutions to enable our people across the globe!

Beat is looking for our Global Head of IT Support Services to lead a team of IT Support Specialists who provide onsite and remote technical support for our employees across seven offices in Europe and LATAM.

You must be a self-starter, possessing the ability to communicate priorities and drive change across their team and manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously.

You must be able to influence, negotiate and develop relationships with customers at all levels of the organization.

You will be a creative leader with superior analytical abilities and judgment who can set clear goals and direction for their team that meet IT Services productivity and cost objectives while being a strong, vocal advocate for their customer.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Build, inspire and develop a top performing and highly engaged IT support team who is seen as customer obsessed. Activate an inclusive and growth mindset in the team to tap into a diverse range of ideas and solutions.
  • Coach, mentor and support the team to achieve their personal career best.

  • Create a vision and roadmap for IT support services which creates value across our global organization as our business grows and continuously strives for innovation and automation at scale
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to incorporate customer feedback into product & services and address key IT Support and usability needs employees.
  • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
  • Maintain very high customer satisfaction and consistently great work experience for all Beat employees
  • Define and analyze metrics to drive standards and influence team behavior; holding team accountable for the achievement of goals
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment.
  • What you’ll need to have :

  • Exceptional leadership and people development skills. Successful track record of hiring, building and inspiring multinational IT services teams providing world-class onsite and remote support
  • Successfully led large IT projects, rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies and operations best practices
  • A broad range of technical experience across different IT disciplines and the excitement to track leading cutting edge technologies and innovations with the ability to incorporate them with the current IT Systems, processes and infrastructure in a rapid growth environment.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels from development team up to CEO / COO and to organise / drive meetings ensuring a clear reporting
  • Excellent working knowledge of MacOS / Linux operating Systems, Security, Networks(Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti), System Administration(GSuite,Onelogin, Cisco Meraki, Jira, Confluence), Mobile Device Management Systems (MDM), VoIP Telephony Systems(PBX), IT Management Tool (Jira), AV & Live streaming & Webinar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL Services (Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, Problem Management, Change Management) to ensure process adoption within the IT Team.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills and excellent project management skills
