How do we work in the Tech department :
We make our decisions based on data collected from the behavior of our clients, and based on our UX research results.
We solve logical and performance challenges in the bot creator.
We work on the analytical mode by examining the performance of selected chatbot elements.
We integrate our product with platforms such as Facebook Messenger, and Instagram (more are already planned : )).
We are increasing the visibility of our product in places such as WordPress, Shopify, WIX.
We are working on optimizing the loading time of the Tidio Widget on websites based on the Shopify platform.
We work on the multilingual Tidio homepage and landing pages in Next.js - we choose solutions that are convenient for development, easy to use for content teams, and at the same time take care of SEO and positioning in Google.
We have a weekly initiative called "Improvement Fridays", where we can improve our product in many different ways (e.g.
increasing performance, cleaning the code, removing legacy) .
We create tools that make our work easier (Design System, shared components, documentation).

What can you expect by joining the Web Presence team??
By joining the Web Presence team, you will have the opportunity to handle all areas related to the design and development of our company's website, which is one of the most important channels for attracting new customers.
We focus on delivering high-quality landing pages that drive our marketing efforts and thus product sales and manage and constantly improve our company's home page.
We work with various teams within the company (Content / Blog, Affiliates, SEM Marketing), providing solutions needed for Tidio's various marketing efforts.
The Web Presence team currently consists of 3 Developers, QA, a brand copywriter, and a designer. We work in SCRUM in 2 weeks sprints.
You are the perfect candidate if you :
have at least 2 years of web development experience.
have commercial experience with our tech stack : React, Typescript, NextJS, WordPress, and GraphQL.
have a strong understanding of building rapidly fast-loading web pages.
show a passion for all the quirks existing in many web browsers.
have a grid built into your eye, enabling you to spot even a pixel movement.
feel that building an extraordinary website is a kind of art.
communicate easily in English.
pay attention to writing clean code.
