As an industry l eading US Multinational software company , our client are lucky to have deep support and experience inhouse with talented engineers , infrastructure experts and architects all working collaboratively.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a UX / UI Designer or similar role with a demonstrated ability to ship products;
Have an online portfolio showing a mix of UX / UI design experience. You have design work that you can show us so we can see your process;
Knowledge of interaction design processes and methodologies;
Experience with wireframing, mock-up, prototyping and design tools. We use Figma and know you can easily learn it if you have used tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer, or Invision;
Proactive and takes ownership for producing positive results;
You can work independently but appreciate giving and receiving feedback with other designers;
Excellence in presenting and facilitating design reviews you are good at selling your work and getting the feedback that you need;
Experience working across stakeholders such as Customers, Product Management, Product Owners, and the Development team;
Have developed UX and / or User Interface (UI) designs for IT professionals;
Experience working closely with engineering to champion design at every step;
Fluency in written and spoken English.
On the daily, you will
Work with product managers, product owners, customers, dev teams, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and constraints;
Visualize and present design ideas and screen flows via wireframes, UI mock-ups, and click-through prototypes;
Work with development teams by providing design artifacts that visualize product increments for the team prior to development;
Validate design choices through user research and testing;
Build compelling user journeys, information architecture, and interaction and visual designs;
Design interfaces that meet accessibility standards for each platform, particularly Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG);
Continuously refine design ideas via ongoing user research and feedback loops;
You will work alongside other designers to maintain, improve and scale a design system.

Relocating Flight’s for the successful candidate and immediate family to relocate to Ireland will be paid for and managed by our Client.

Accommodation Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate and whoever travels with them for a period of 3 months.
Schooling Any Children of School age will be enrolled in a local school
