Maximizes the brand potential at national level
Executes Marketing Plan on a yearly basis for product portfolio
Creates & delivers branding campaigns
Builds and develops advocacy and OLs network
Disease, market & customer needs knowing & understanding to develop insights through appropriate techniques / tools
Developing product lines and appraise or analysis / assess new ideas for market viability
Identifying and monitoring market share, structure and sales dynamics of products and key competitors
Assessing competition by comparing products & creating competitive intelligence analysis
Executing communication plan in line with brand objectives / strategy and customer needs
Ensuring efficient budget execution and expenses' control on regular basis (monthly)
Project management of all marketing activities
Monitoring business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, Sales Director & District Managers to create product sales strategies
Liaison with external agencies to deliver initiatives for brand
Creating short- & long-term product sales forecasts and analysis for management
Reviewing inventory levels and production schedules to ensure product availability
Bringing new products to market with return-on-investment analysis
Creating & delivering operational plans appropriate to life cycle of brand to optimize return
Marketing new products with sales, advertising and production teams
Determining product pricing based on market research, production costs & anticipated demand
Scheduling and assigning operational requirements to follow up on work results
Proactive development of marketing and promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs.
Product portfolio management and product development (incl. life cycle management)
Strong analytical capabilities including competitive, pricing and planning
Sales planning, expenses & inventory control
Financial planning and strategy formulations & implementation
Must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills and ability to efficiently and productively communicate to a variety of groups and audiences.
Must have a demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and impact on development of marketing materials.
Strategic and creative thinker with ability to formulate, develop and execute development strategy.
In-depth ability to conceive, develop and implement multi-dimensional marketing and business plans.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets is required.
Experience with new product launch in therapeutic area of Cardiovascular, Diabetes or CNS strongly preferred.
Academic education or experience from similar positions
Minimum 5 Years οf experience in Pharmaceutical Industry (at the Rx Sector)
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in Pharmaceutical Industry (at the Rx Sector)
Fluency in English, both oral and written communications
Financial & Budgeting Skills & Experience
Documented track record of product launch
Computer skills (excellent MS Office programs)
