We are looking for Agile Project Manager who will build a smooth cooperation between customers and our team. Perfect candidate is solution-focused and likes challenging job.
Together with a team of developers, you will deliver awesome products and solutions for and with our customers.
As a project manager at STÖK, you are responsible for taking care of ongoing inquiries from our existing customers and together with the team estimating, planning, testing and delivering solutions to the client.
Your role is important in our organization to ensure that the customer is satisfied throughout the process and that the end product has the highest quality.
Ideal candidates :
5 years+ experience in Project Management
Practical experience in eCommerce solutions
Experienced in working closely with the clients on project requirements
Working in Agile methodologies, familiar with Scrum and Kanban
Worked with Jira and Confluence
Fluent english (Swedish will be nice +)
High level technical knowledge about modern ecommerce technologies
Core responsibilities :
Maintain good relationships with our clients
Participate in solution design, collect requirements from Client / Product Owner
Ownership of project specification (Confluence)
Managing delivery of multiple projects and teams (Jira)
Participate in project handover to the client
Invoicing
Additional responsibilities :
Project management and production planning as well as documentation, time estimates, schedules, cost proposals & follow-ups, etc.
Organization of backlogs and roadmaps for our customers
Creation and maintenance of good relationships with customers and partners
Resource allocation and planning
What we expect from you :
Experience in project management for agency or as a consultant
Understanding and experience in e-commerce
Self-driven and proactive approach
Fluent in spoken and written English
A sense of detail
Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
You are a solution-oriented team player
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to bridge / facilitate between technical team and customers
Ability to guide our customers in understanding what we create, why we do as we do and how long it takes
Ability to work independently and not being afraid to take ownership
