We are looking for an outgoing and self-motivated Accounts Payable Manager with English language skills who will be responsible for implementing key processes and procedures aligned to the delivery of Accounts Payable objectives.
An Accounts Payable Manager is professional responsible to ensure that all the activities are organized, executed and completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Your responsibilities will include :
Perform a full range of managerial responsibilities which may include interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing and developing employees etc.
Establish regular communication with the team, such as 1-1 meetings, team meetings etc.
Coach and assist all employees with problem solving, team / personal issues etc.
Manage employee contributions and potential growth
Maintain a culture of high quality outputs, adhering to existing process guidelines, ensuring all invoices and expenses are posted in a timely fashion, and that all the invoices are ready to be paid on time
Participate in the ongoing establishment of accounting policies and procedures
Develop operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes. Support continuous improvement goals
Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices
Participate in financial projects
Preparation of monthly departmental tracking and KPIs reports. Ad hoc reporting as necessary, including management reporting dashboards, business case preparation etc
Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional levels of the organization
About you :
Degree in Accounting / Finance or a related field
Experience in financial sector
Successful track record in leading and managing teams
Strong organizational and planning skills in a changing environment
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
