Optimal HR Group on behalf of its client, a leading supplier company in the sector of Logistics in Greece, is looking to recruit a Junior IT Coordinator based in Athens.
The Junior IT Coordinator will be responsible to manage and support IT clients’ applications and projects as well as development of software and infrastructures solutions for all business areas.
Ensure the implementation of the Group guidelines.
Provision of IT solutions to business problems
Develop and deliver IT strategy in conjunction with JH Group
Manage the existing IT systems (including data and telephone networks) for the company
Responsible for the efficient running of all data and communications systems at all business areas and the Information Systems Security
Provide support at all IT systems of the unit when required, and at JH staff for various IT problems
Communication with IT service at JH DE Escalation to first level support
IT pilot tests in cooperation with JH
IT purchasing and Communication with IT suppliers
Asset management and maintenance
Managing the delivery of new hardware
Resolving system & network problems at the unit
Responsible for the development and the implementation of the CRM procedures, policies and best practices
CRM analysis and support at all users, data input and random testing
Security policies coordinator
Responsible to perform other duties assigned by the Finance Director
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or other related quantitative field to ITIL modules
1-2 years of working experience in IT / CRM environment
Excellent knowledge of English language (both written and oral)
IT Literacy (Excel, SAP, ERP system)
