What You’ll be Doing

Have a passion for travel? For helping others with their airline travel planning? In this role, you’ll help customers with their travel itineraries.

You’ll work with people over the phone, emails and social media requests while handling the reservation systems. Additionally, you’ll develop and recommend changes to existing methods and procedures to increase accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the travel operations department.

Bring your focused mindset and ability to work in an agile environment. You’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Ensure and provide quality of service to customers including inquiries and complaints from customers in a professional manner
  • Manage flight cancellations, rebooking and force majeure situations
  • Report on technical issues, customers’ complaints and other problems
  • Bring accountability and a cooperative can-do attitude
  • What You Bring to the Role

  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Experience using Global Distribution System (GDS) knowledge (Amadeus or Sabre)
  • Experience in providing customer service with travel reservations and changes such as airline tickets
  • Computer savvy
