Overview :
The Graduate Scheme aims in attracting and investing in bright new - graduates who are looking to kick-start their career in vibrant and multicultural environment.
At Resolute we look for individuals who possess the following qualities :
The Scheme runs for a year and allows the successful candidate to rotate among Resolute’s business lines and operating countries.
Extensive training is provided throughout the Scheme, including a two-weeks induction programme where core required competencies will be taught.
The successful candidate will benefit from working along industry leaders and seasoned professionals with outstanding track records in the fields of :

The Scheme will run in different locations across the countries that Resolute operates. Rotation across countries can be achieved on a quarterly basis so that the candidate can get as much exposure as possible to Resolute’s culture and values.
Places are offered in the below locations :
Italy : Milan
Portugal : Lisbon / Porto
Romania : Bucharest
United Kingdom - London
