We are looking for Portfolio Processes Officer to design, optimize and support business processes development, ensuring accuracy & efficiency in business processes deliverables.

Reporting to the Portfolio Operations Head, the role will have the following responsibilities :

  • Assist in designing and developing business processes in cooperation with relevant business owners;
  • Document processes, maintain documentation and design reports for monitoring process performance;
  • Strong cooperation with Business & Systems Analysts to map processes to systems and utilize systems capabilities for efficient, fast and optimized processes;
  • Support the External Partners Management Team in training material preparation;
  • Support the External Partners during day-to-day operations and clarifications;
  • Periodically review and evaluate processes efficiency, documentation accuracy and perform change / alignment / improvement actions;
  • Provide business requirements to the implementation teams based on Process Design Procedure;
  • Support Internal Audit requests and clarifications;
  • Checking of invoicing process for Clients & External Partners DCAs, Legal Firms);
  • Checking and reconciliation of Clients' & External Partners' invoices and identifying inconsistencies;
  • Checking and reconciliation of business unit expenses per project and supplier and identifying inconsistencies;
  • Reconciliation of debtors' payments on investors' accounts and resolve discrepancies; and
  • Reporting of revenue per project - client and per project - supplier.
  • Requirements

  • Proven work experience in the NPLs industry for at least 5 years;
  • Knowledge of Collection / Restructuring / Legal procedures;
  • Experience in process design, documentation, process flows diagrams;
  • Experience in collection CRM; Experience in Qualco Collections System will be considered as a plus;
  • Highly motivated, attention to detail and high level of ownership;
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
  • English fluency and strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; an agile delivery plan; and exceptional attention to detail; and
  • Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics.
