For our internal Data Centre department we are seeking the following :
Administrating, maintaining and troubleshooting our system infrastructure
Managing and troubleshooting high profile and difficult technical issues escalated by other support or business teams
Administration of users and resources in the systems
Managing migrations of users between platforms
Configuring systems management tools for monitoring and capacity planning
Implementing solutions and processes to optimize operational efficiency, systems security and availability
Running applications, services and platforms to deliver a service portfolio according to SLA’s
Maintaining detailed functional and operational documentation
University Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or experience in a related field
Working proficiency in English is a must
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to perform in an international team
Excellent problem solving, debugging / troubleshooting skills
Expert level knowledge in maintaining Private Branch Exchange (PBX) telephone systems and related hardware
Minimum of two years of experience in network and IP telephony administration and support in an Enterprise-scale environment
Strong hands-on experience in administrating related Microsoft technologies like : Windows Server, Active Directory, Skype for Business Servers
Hands-on experience using network protocol analyzers such as Wireshark
Hands-on experience in implementing Session Border Controller platforms is a plus
