Establish and maintain a practice of excellence in Quality in the Operational Unit in order to meet or exceed customer expectations through the development and improvement of the systems and tools required to deliver stable performance and sustainable improvements across the Business.
Act as a Role Model for the behaviour required to support a Quality Culture;
Influence Operational Unit employees to ensure the correct thinking and decision making required to support the implementation and execution of Quality Strategies;
Act independently to Operational Unit as an internal advocate for customers in Quality related issues and decisions;
Ensure the VOC is collected by the OU through the customer feedback processes (T-NPS);
Ensure the results of customer feedback data are analysed and responded to effectively;
Ensure Customer complaint resolution process implementation (CCRP);
Ensure VOC process feedback to GPG, implement process with feedback cadence;
Establish, implement, maintain and continuously improve the OU Business Process Management System;
Identify areas for improvements in the interactions of the OU with sales and Global Product Group;
Governance of process in cooperation with process owners to ensure effective and efficient management of the processes, measuring with appropriate process metrics;
Manage and coordinate the OU and grid Automation Italy audit programs and associated actions;
Ensure quality and completeness of handover documentation and handover protocol from Sales & Tendering prior to Project
Ensure effective project planning methods and tools are applied during project execution phases and ensures feedback to tendering;
Work in collaboration with Project Quality Manager ensures Customer Requirements are correctly and completely captured in the Project Quality Plan;
Work in collaboration with Project Quality Manager ensures appropriate project quality assurance methods are applied to prevent mistakes when delivering products, projects or services to customers;
Monitor and utilize analytics of OU Quality data to implement risk management;
Ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken in the occurrence of failures and non-conformances within the OU;
Drive towards a learning organisation - enhancing lessons learned and best practice;
Ensure effective internal controls are in place to meet customer, product, project and service requirements in order to maintain or improve quality delivery;
Attend to Project (Portfolio) Reviews to monitor project execution and capture quality issues;
Investigate GM slippage to capture COPQ data;
Ensure COPQ data is collected in project execution;
Attend Monthly OU Financial review and quarterly operations reviews and collect quality relevant input
Lead the OU improvement projects (to improve profitability, increase customer satisfaction etc);
Implement a robust control system to ensure that all OU Quality processes are performing or delivering according to expectation;
Perform gap analysis against targets in Key Performance Indicators (KPI);
Ensure clear ownership and execution of corrections and corrective / preventive actions
Maintain up to date measurements of KPIs;
Report quarterly on KPI status and actions at the Q&Ops Review;
Assess the competencies and knowledge of resources in the organization towards Quality requirements, culture and the correct execution of OU processes;
Where gaps exist, develop and monitor training and development plans;
Develop OU training content where needed;
Develop and maintain new employee training material;

Mechanical, electrical degree;
Minimum 7 years of experience;
Good technical background in energy;
Background in PM;
Strong communications skills;
Proactive, assertive and flexible;
Full command of English and Italian language.
