Educated to degree level or work-based experience equivalent E
Engineering related degree, or equivalent. D
Facilities Management and / or Engineering professional qualification, or qualified by work-based experience E
Chartered Engineer. D
Recognised health & safety qualification. D
Drivers license. D
BIFM or equivalent qualification as a member of a Professional Facilities Management organisation.
EXPERIENCE :
Previous experience in facilities management. E
Strong technical knowledge. E
Knowledge of electrical systems and safe working practices are essential. E
Awareness of workplace health and safety. E
Line management experience. E
Previous experience managing third parties and contractors. E
Experience in successful client management and relationships building. E
Previous experience working across a diverse property portfolio. D
KNOWLEDGE : FINANCIAL
FINANCIAL
Able to prepare and present budget reports to the customer and senior team. With an understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow principles.
Manages on site costs, monthly forecast, and variance reporting.
Operational understanding of financial processes including end to end P2P process.
Able to use relevant CBRE and client finance systems.
Appropriately manages PO life cycles , closure.
Able to turn data in to meaningful information that allows action to be taken / decisions to be made.
Able to identify risks and opportunities
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Understanding and knowledge of health and safety legislation in local region. and environmental protection requirements.
