WORK YOU’LL DO
As a LocationServices Associate you will have a wide range of Workplace Solutionsactivities including delivery of exceptional customer support, workspacemaintenance, set-
up and support of AV, office supply management, receptionservices, floor support and other location services.
Plan and manage operations and delivery of services, ensuring operational compliance to policies, budgets and guidelines and review performance against business objectives.
Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Support programs and processes to deliver performance improvements to continually support Accenture's Workplace Solutions strategy, including participating in sharing best practices across teams / locations.
Provide audio-visual support / troubleshooting prior to and during meetings and events as needed.
Provide basic technical support for standard office equipment (e.g., multi-functional devices).
Assist with document formatting adhering to company brand utilizing Microsoft Suites.
May contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
May perform administrative duties according to location guidelines.
Process space reservation requests (assign and confirm space, catering and equipment) ensuring optimal workspace occupancy through digital platform, application configuration updates, workspace charge reports, space reporting.
Manage all related fleet tasks for all eligible employees, cars reporting internally and to procurement, vendor invoice management, contract management with car vendors, close collaboration with other internal departments.
WHO WE RE LOOKING FOR?
Proven experience of 2+ years as an office administrator, office assistant
Fluent knowledge of English and Greek
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and management skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
