Assist in the implementation of activities aiming at fostering the exchange of information and best practices on reception systems within the framework of the CEAS;
Assist in the development of methodologies and tools for EASO support for the implementation of CEAS in the field of Reception, particularly on the Directive on reception conditions for asylum-seekers;
Assist in further developing practical tools on sharing reception capacity in the EU, as well as on their implementation;
Support RIS in the planning and implementation of targeted support projects;
Support the EASO Coordinator in the strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting on the deliverables of these measures;
Support in the briefing and induction of new staff, including MS experts and interims;
Prepare and update relevant project management documents;
Support in the development and provide expertise / inputs on the content of tools, trainings, etc;
Facilitate the roll out of EASO trainings on reception as needed;
Act as a liaison with RIS technical and administrative Focal Points to facilitate efficient and effective implementation of support measures, including planning of specific events / meetings / deployments, ad-
hoc urgent matters, interpreters, logistical arrangements;
Draft reports (statistical and narrative) related the RIS support measures;
Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant for the specific profile.
University degree is required;
Post-graduate degree will be an advantage;
Demonstrated previous experience in relevant tasks is required;
Field experience in the migration and reception context will be an advantage;
Very good understanding of the Greek migration and reception context is required;
Fluency in English (oral and written);
Computer literacy, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel), use of internet and web based applications;
Very good intercultural / interdisciplinary communication skills.
