Working as a German Speaking E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist You Have : German / English Bilingual is a must.High school diploma (or equivalent)6 months - 1 year of customer service experience preferably in technical support rolesCall center experience (strong asset)Effective communication skillsThe ability to sit for long periods of timeProven track record of being incredibly resourceful and finding solutions even when there is no clear path.
